Short description
PIDMON monitors the process id of a running program and
performs the requested action when the process id changes a specified
amount of times within a specified amount of seconds.
Overview PIDMON is useful when having a program which is automatically relaunched
after a trap, resulting in endless reloads.
PIDMON can properly monitor a program only if it is sure that only
one instance of this program can be active at a time. This is due to the
fact that it only makes sense to monitor the oldest instance (with the lowest
process id).
